Although we are independent, we are a full service agency for our clients. Without being constrained by location as in the franchise agencies, you can sell for your clients wherever you feel comfortable in marketing your properties.

Note: Our legal advisor has confirmed that although you need your certificate of registration (can be obtained in 5 days max or via online course) you definitely do not need to be licensed to work as an independent contractor - a popular misconception. We have this confirmed in print. You can work under our licence.

Our agents currently sell from Hornsby to the CBD and out to St Ives and beyond. You can also sell nationally and we have opportunities with property aggregators. This also allows more opportunity in satisfying your key clients who may have multiple investment properties to sell across different regions. We also supply an RP Data service to provide maximum research back up for your client's reports.                                                   

• You may be a successful, established agent with a good client base or an agent who is wanting to take the next profitable step at minimal risk and outlay. Either way you may wish for more freedom to operate as you would like to with minimal supervision. Our principal is always on hand to provide advice or help you further achieve your goals.
   
• Many agents may wish to work part of the time from home without feeling they have to 'report' in at a certain time each day for appearance's sake. Ever worked late because you felt you had to - not because it was productive? Work smarter as people do in running their own businesses, in all walks of life.
   
• We believe in utilising web-based marketing and sales systems - yet again providing great leverage in a cost efficient manner. You can sit and make calls in the various outdoor business settings in the complex - all the while connected via wireless broadband on your laptop. Or in the office or your home office, whatever suits.
   
• Write reports while sitting by the pool or in the local cafe - we don't care! If the surf's up - catch a good wave! Come back, grab a shower and power on! Apart from the fun stuff it is also possible to work later if that suits your lifestyle or anytime over the weekend.
   
• In our opinion business plans and goals are essential, however we believe most people are motivated in their career choices - we take an overall proactive approach to business opportunities - not just based on reporting on the number of calls / appraisals on a weekly basis.
   
• Obviously every individual is different in their personal targets and desired income levels - we can help out where needed or you can run at a pace suitable to your set of circumstances (young family, etc). We also welcome those that want to work in real estate on a part time basis - yet again we have found that working smarter can lead to excellent results.

• Also as ex-franchise group agents we have experienced various levels of commission and so called 'incentives' or target-based systems. That is why we offer a generous 65% commission share on your settled sales from day one - the best incentive to list and sell!
