Graham Taylor, Managing Director Graham has more than eighteen years experience in residential, developmental and commercial real estate - extensively on the Northern Beaches in Sydney and also in the UK. He has combined the above experience with a background in online marketing, working at managerial level for Fairfax on a range of projects.

After many years working in sales and marketing alongside well-known franchise groups on the beaches, Specialised Property Group was launched in 2004 to service this location as an independent agency. Looking after client objectives is his goal - and many past clients appreciate the negotiation skills that he has brought to the table to produce outstanding results.

Graham resides on the Northern Beaches with his young family and appreciates the strength of local community, good schooling and business opportunities in the area. He is a member of the Manly Chamber Of Commerce. He prides himself on utilising his negotiation skills from both his residential and commercial backgrounds to achieve maximum results for his clients.

Greg Dubler, Sales Consultant

Greg has gained considerable experience in all facets of the real estate industry over the last eighteen years, being involved in residential and commercial sales and property development in suburbs all over Sydney, especially on the Northern Beaches.

Greg first came to Manly in the late 1980's and rebuilt the famous Cadillac café which was an icon in Manly in the early 1990's and owner/operated this popular eatery until 1994 before commencing his career in Real estate. In that time Greg has sold extensively in the Manly / Warringah area and has also been involved in property development.

Having personally bought, sold and developed over 65 properties Greg has an extensive knowledge of all facets of the real estate market.

Originally coming from a legal background, Alex spent ten years as a Personal Injury Lawyer before deciding that a career in Real Estate would be more rewarding, and ultimately, more satisfying from a personal point of view.
